Frank Cui

Frank Cui is the founder and Managing Director of SureCapital Group, a diversified enterprise spanning mortgage financing, land development, project consulting, and real estate management. He was also a founding partner of Link Financial Group, one of New Zealand’s leading mortgage advisory firms, in which the New Zealand Government holds a partial stake.

With more than two decades in financial services, Frank has established and led multiple award-winning businesses. He founded EverBright Finance, which has been recognised as New Zealand Brokerage of the Year for three consecutive years (2023–2025). Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at two major New Zealand banks, including a five-year tenure at Bank of New Zealand where he launched and headed the Migrant & Asian Banking Division.

Alongside his financial services career, Frank has driven large-scale property ventures, leading the development of more than 30 land projects across New Zealand with a combined value exceeding NZD $3 billion over the past 20 years.

Deeply committed to the business community, Frank founded the non-profit E-Wisdom Business Forum in 2016 to support the growth of SMEs. In 2019, he was invited to join the board of the Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA), a 120-year-old organisation representing 7,000 businesses nationwide.

Frank holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Leadership Practice from Massey University and a Finance degree from the University of Auckland
